The Trust uses Sweethaven as their IT provider. Their contact email is helpdesk@sweethaven.co.uk.
HOWEVER, from previous experience, Sweethaven may not allow direct contact from students for a new issue. For example, asking for a site to be unblocked via Smoothwall must come though a member of staff first.
If in doubt, report the issue to a member of staff and ask them to pass it on. Sixth formers should report issues to Ms Preston (jpreston@johnmason.school). Other students should report their issues to an IT teacher, such as Mr Murcutt (pmurcutt@johnmason.school).
The contacted member of staff can then pass your request on to Sweethaven. Ask the staff member to keep you copied into the email, so that you can track the progress of the issue, and interject if (when) needed.
